Mackenzie Zitzer
Community Outreach and Engagement Coordinator

Mackenzie focuses on building meaningful connections throughout the community. She works closely with local organizations, veteran‑serving groups, and community leaders to raise awareness of our trauma‑informed services and help individuals and families across Arizona feel supported and welcomed when seeking care.
She also serves as the main point of contact for community partners. If your organization is interested in collaborating or joining our referral network, Mackenzie is always happy to connect.
Outside of her outreach role, Mackenzie is pursuing a master's degree in Mental Health Counseling and will begin her clinical internship with us in fall 2026.
Ean Beckstein
Operations and Compliance Manager

Ean helps ensure Beckstein & Associates runs smoothly, ethically, and with care. He oversees the operational systems and compliance processes that support our clinicians and protect the integrity of the practice, creating a stable and supportive environment for both clients and staff.
With nearly two decades of leadership and technical experience, including service as a United States Marine, Ean brings a steady, values‑driven approach to his work. He supports the development of veteran‑focused services, strengthens community partnerships, and works behind the scenes so clinicians can focus fully on client care.
