Through therapy, Amber helps clients process these experiences, recognize patterns that may no longer serve them, and develop healthier ways of relating to themselves and others.
Her approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and individualized. Amber primarily works from a psychodynamic perspective, helping clients explore the deeper experiences and patterns contributing to current struggles. She integrates evidence based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), to help clients develop practical tools for managing emotions, improving relationships, setting boundaries, and creating meaningful change.
Amber strives to create a supportive and nonjudgmental space where clients feel safe being authentic, exploring difficult experiences, and working toward healing and growth. She believes therapy can help individuals develop greater self awareness, heal the experiences that continue to impact them, and build healthier, more fulfilling lives and relationships.
